From Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the Atlantic kisses the butts, comes this ethereal and saline manzanilla. Papirusa, a name that evokes the sweetness of a doll from yesteryear, is nonetheless a dry and refined wine, aged under flor in the sea breezes of the Guadalquivir estuary. Cheerful, lively, pure like the easterly wind that sways it.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow color. Intense nose, with notes of chamomile, raw almond, and sea breeze. On the palate, it is light, dry, and pungent, with a saline persistence that evokes the seashore. A lively and delicate wine, of great elegance.

Pairing and service

Serve between 7 and 9 ºC. Ideal as an aperitif, with olives, fried almonds, Iberian ham, seafood, and marinated fish. The perfect match for the most genuine Andalusian cuisine.
