Maboi 2021 is a dry red wine crafted by Aida i Luis Vinyaters in the Alicante region of Spain. It originates from a single vineyard located at an altitude of 620 meters in the Sierra de Bernia natural park, where the calcareous soils and Mediterranean climate lend freshness and uniqueness to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the grape bunches. The grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts, using whole bunches with stems, followed by an 8-month aging period in stainless steel tanks, which allows the wine to develop its varietal character and characteristic freshness.
