Malleolus 2023 is a dry red wine produced by Bodegas Emilio Moro in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain. It comes from vineyards over 25 years old grown in clay-limestone soils, where the continental climate provides freshness and concentration to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
