Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2021 is a dry red wine produced by Bodegas Emilio Moro in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain. It comes from a one-hectare vineyard planted in 1964, where the calcareous soils and continental climate provide freshness and concentration to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the clusters. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
