Malleolus de Valderramiro 2020 is a dry red wine produced by Bodegas Emilio Moro in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Spain. It comes from a vineyard planted in 1924, where the clay-limestone soils and continental climate provide freshness and concentration to the wine.

Harvesting is done manually, with careful selection of the bunches. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
