From the heart of Penedès, Gramona revives an almost forgotten variety: Xarel·lo Vermell, a pink mutation of the traditional Xarel·lo. Mart 2025 is a biodynamic rosé, light and delicate, born from centenarian vines in clay-limestone soils. After 48 hours of cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, it reveals a pale rosé with onion skin reflections, aromas of Mediterranean fruit and wild herbs. Vibrant freshness, crystalline finesse, and sustainable character converge in a fluid and memorable glass.
