Product Sheet – Menade Verdejo Organic 2024
Menade Verdejo Organic 2024 is a burst of wild light from Rueda's organic vineyards, cultivated by the sixth generation of the Sanz family, showcasing the duality of freshness and structure of the Verdejo variety. Its 25 to 35-year-old vines ripen on clay-limestone soils, at an altitude of about 750m, embracing the essence of the terroir.
The grapes are harvested at night and spontaneously ferment with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, by separate plots. After fermentation and a brief aging on lees, the wine maintains its varietal purity, sulfite-free, and is organically and vegan certified.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow color, clean and bright. The nose offers an intense varietal presence, with aromas of grapefruit, ripe lemon, lychee, and yellow apple, sprinkled with herbaceous notes —bay leaf, thyme, fennel— and a soft minerality.
On the palate it is fresh, flavorful, balanced and with harmonious acidity. The finish is long, slightly bitter —a typical Verdejo signature— and with a vibrant texture that invites further exploration.
Pairing
Perfect with warm salads, fish, seafood, seafood rice dishes, light pasta, and fresh cheeses. Its fresh and herbaceous balance makes it a versatile companion for relaxed moments and simple celebrations.
Menade Verdejo Organic 2024 is a song of freedom for Verdejo: united with the organic terroir, fresh, vibrant, with the firm pulse of its acidity and the varietal elegance displayed in every sip.
