A delicate and vibrant sip, from the essence of the Ribera Sacra. This mini rosé vermouth is born from a highly selected Godello wine, patiently crafted and macerated for months with a careful blend of 23 botanicals. Stewed fruit, herbal undertones, and a sweet and bitter balance that conquers the palate.

Production method: Extended maceration for 11 months in Godello wine, which gives the vermouth a deep synergy between fruit and herbaceous bitterness.
Alcohol content: Approx. 15% vol.
Color: Bright rosé, inviting and appealing.
Aroma: Intense and fresh, with stewed fruit intertwined with delicate herbal notes and subtle hints of yeast due to the "en flor" aging.
Taste: On the palate, it achieves a perfect balance between the sweetness of ripe fruit and the bitterness of wormwood, resulting in a silky, round finish, with persistent notes of grapefruit and wormwood.
Texture: Smooth and enveloping, combining body and lightness in every sip.
Packaging: 10 cl mini bottle, ideal for an aperitif dose or individual cocktails.
Production: Artisanal production, limited and true to the traditional Galician style.

Uses and Pairings

Perfect to drink very cold (4–6 °C), served directly in a glass or over an ice cube, with the option of adding orange or grapefruit peel to enhance its aromas. Ideal for accompanying light appetizers, seafood, fresh cheeses, and pickles.
