Minoric 262 Red Coats is the most intense and visceral expression of the Minoric universe. A limited edition born directly from the still, captured in its purest and most vibrant state, undiluted, at 90% vol. alcohol. At this extreme point, the gin reveals all its aromatic power: a crystalline liquid saturated with essential oils of Macedonian juniper berries, Mediterranean coriander, and a symphony of twelve additional botanicals, fresh and deeply expressive.

The transformation comes with the fruit. Hand-selected Ambrosia apples, from organic crops, are sliced and slowly macerated with the gin in small glass containers. It is not a quick infusion, but a conscious, slow, almost ritual maceration. After resting, the liquid is manually filtered through silk, removing any solid traces and preserving only the essence of the fruit. Finally, it is reduced to an elegant 40% vol. with protected spring water, resulting in a 100% natural, organic, and deeply Mediterranean gin.
