Món Tempranillo 2022 is the purest, most sincere, and brightest expression of the Utiel-Requena valley. A wine born from absolute respect for the land and tradition, where the Tempranillo variety shows its freshest, most elegant, and Mediterranean side, far from artifice, close to the landscape.

Sourced from high-altitude vineyards, organically cultivated on clay and limestone soils, this wine is the result of respectful, minimal intervention viticulture. The harvest is manual, with precise selection in the vineyard. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aiming to preserve the fruit purity, freshness, and vibrant character of the grape. A brief aging in tank on fine lees adds texture and harmony.

Bright cherry red color with violet reflections. Fresh and fragrant nose, where notes of red fruit—strawberry, cherry, raspberry—dominate, accompanied by subtle floral hints, wild herbs, and a mineral background that evokes the vineyard's limestone. On the palate, it is juicy, agile, and direct, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, refreshing finish that invites further drinking.
