Mullineux's Old Vines White 2021 is a wine born from the living memory of South Africa's Swartland. Old vines scattered in small plots, granite, slate and sandstone soils, and a warm climate that finds balance in the winds that cool the valley. It is a landscape white, woven with several varieties that merge into a luminous harmony, full of texture, energy and depth.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow color. The nose expresses freshness and complexity: stone fruit, ripe citrus, white flowers, raw almond and a mineral background reminiscent of warm granite. On the palate, it is broad yet vibrant, with precise acidity, silky texture and a long, saline finish, where fruit and stone converse in full harmony.

Pairing

Perfect with baked white fish, seafood, poultry, mild African cuisine, soft cheeses or delicately spiced dishes. Serve between 10 and 12 ºC.

The Old Vines White 2024 is a tribute to age, land and time: a profound, textured and luminous white that captures the essence of Swartland in every glass.
