On the palate, it is round and juicy, with a balanced sweetness, soft tannins and an acidity that provides freshness. Persistent, fruity and harmonious finish.

Pairing

Ideal to accompany desserts with chocolate, red fruits or nuts, as well as blue or aged cheeses. Serve lightly chilled, between 16 and 18 ºC.
