Winemaking

Made exclusively with traditional white Douro grapes. After fermentation and fortification, the wine first ages in large oak vats and then in small old barrels, where it develops complexity and balance before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Dark golden and brilliant color. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of walnuts and dried fruits, with slight fruity nuances.

On the palate, it is medium sweet, with excellent integration of the brandy that provides structure and depth. Balanced texture and elegant finish.

Serving and Pairing

Ideal to serve slightly chilled. Perfect as an aperitif, with nuts, cured cheeses, or not overly sweet desserts.
