The Vineyard

Sourced from vineyards located in the Iregua Valley, on the slopes of Moncalvillo and Montes de Clavijo, at altitudes between 550 and 700 meters.

The soils combine ferrous and calcareous clays with sandy components, providing volume, freshness, and complexity. Cultivation is carried out with respectful viticulture, seeking the maximum expression of the terroir.

Winemaking

Harvested at the optimal point of aromatic maturity. Gentle pressing in the absence of oxygen to preserve aromas.

Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine remains 4 months on its lees, with periodic stirring that contributes volume and texture.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow color with greenish reflections.

The nose shows fresh white fruit, citrus, and delicate floral notes.

On the palate, it is balanced and enveloping, with good acidity and a silky texture that provides depth. Fresh and persistent finish.

Pairing

Ideal with seafood, fish, rice dishes, vegetables, and light Mediterranean cuisine.

An elegant and fresh Rioja white that, in magnum format, gains in aging potential and complexity, while maintaining its vibrant and mineral character.
