Tasting Notes

Brilliant golden color with amber reflections, it releases intense aromas of white flowers, candied orange peel, honey, and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is silky and balanced, with an elegant sweetness supported by fresh acidity and final notes of dried fruits and ripe citrus. Its persistence and depth reveal the nobility of the Moscatel and the patience of its long aging.

Pairing

Perfect to accompany foie gras, blue cheeses, fruit tarts, citrus desserts, or simply to enjoy on its own as a dessert wine. Serve between 8 and 10 ºC.
