Ou Yea 2023 is a dry rosé wine produced by Aida i Luis Vinyaters in the Alicante region, Spain. It comes from vineyards located in Pla de Llíber, where clay soils with the presence of stone and the Mediterranean climate provide freshness and fruity expression to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for about four weeks, followed by a 6-month aging in tank. The wine is neither clarified nor filtered, thus preserving its natural and authentic character.
