Tasting Notes

Vivid cherry red color with violet reflections. The nose offers seductive aromas of preserves, sweet spices, and a delicate balsamic echo. On the palate, it is intense and flavorful, fresh and round, with a gentle tannic structure that supports its depth. Mature, elegant, and with an undisguised personality.

Food Pairing

Pairs wonderfully with red and white meats, blue or salted fish, paprika-cured sausages, strong cheeses, and, exceptionally, a good traditional stew. Decant 20 minutes before serving.
