Paco & Lola Vintage 2018 is the most serene and mature expression of Albariño from Val do Salnés. A white wine that has known how to converse with time, where the initial Atlantic freshness transforms into complexity, elegance, and depth. This is how a wine is born that shows the calm soul of Rías Baixas, where each vintage reveals a different, subtle, and unrepeatable nuance.

Sourced from old vines cultivated on granite and sandy soils, with sustainable viticulture and manual harvesting. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, followed by long aging on fine lees for months, and prolonged refinement in the bottle, allowing the Albariño to fully display its evolutionary expression: ripe fruit, silky texture, and enveloping minerality.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant golden yellow color, with soft and elegant reflections. The nose is deep, mature, and complex, with aromas of stewed white fruit — baked apple, ripe pear — candied citrus, dried fruits, dried flowers, and a delicate mineral and saline background that evokes stone and the Atlantic breeze. On the palate, it is unctuous, round, and silky, with balanced acidity and a long, saline, and persistent finish where freshness and maturity blend in an elegant whisper.
