Paco & Lola Heritage 2019 is the liquid memory of Val do Salnés, a limited edition that pays tribute to the oldest vines and the viticultural tradition that has shaped one of the most beautiful wine landscapes of the Atlantic. An Albariño that expresses the depth and elegance of old vineyards and respect for time and terroir.

Made from the winery's most unique plots, with vineyards planted on granitic and sandy soils. The harvest is manual, with a meticulous selection of bunches in the vineyard. Fermentation is carried out at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees for several months and subsequent refinement in the bottle. This way, the wine gains volume, complexity, and balance, while maintaining its Atlantic freshness intact.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is complex, deep and elegant, with aromas of ripe white fruit —roasted apple, pear—, candied citrus, dried flowers, fennel, and a delicate mineral background reminiscent of wet stone and the Atlantic breeze. On the palate, it is broad, silky and fresh, with a balanced acidity that supports its volume, and a long, saline and persistent finish, where varietal freshness and aging merge in harmony.

Pairing

Ideal for Galician seafood, noble fish, seafood rice dishes, white meats, cured cheeses, and haute cuisine. Its balance and complexity make it a gastronomic white wine, capable of moving and growing in the glass over time.
