Product Sheet – Paco & Lola Prime Albariño Lías 2020
Paco & Lola Prime 2020 is the most mature, profound, and elegant version of Albariño, a white wine born from the heart of Val do Salnés, where the Atlantic leaves its mark on every cluster and the time spent on lees shapes its silky texture and infinite freshness. The essence of a privileged vineyard and the expertise of a winery that understands modernity without sacrificing tradition.
Sourced from old vines grown on granite and sandy soils, the harvest is manual, with a selection of the best bunches. It ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks and remains on its fine lees for 6 months, gaining volume, complexity, and balance, while preserving the varietal freshness and mineral character that define the Rías Baixas landscape.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow color, with golden reflections. The nose is complex, elegant, and deep, with aromas of ripe white fruit —pear, roasted apple—, candied citrus, white flowers, fennel, and a delicate mineral background that evokes wet stone and Atlantic salt. On the palate it is unctuous, broad, and fresh, with a vibrant acidity that balances its volume and a long, saline, and elegant finish, where fruit and minerality blend harmoniously.
Pairing
Perfect for seafood, oysters, white fish, seafood paellas, sushi, creamy cheeses, and Atlantic cuisine dishes. Its silky texture and freshness make it an ideal white wine to pair with both the delicacy and intensity of sea flavors.
Paco & Lola Prime Albariño Lías 2020 is a tribute to the deep Atlantic, patient time, and the purity of the most mature Godello. A glass that breathes sea, stone, and Galician breeze.
