Pazo de Rubianes 1411 Limited Edition 2021 is the noblest and most serene expression of Albariño, a white wine born from the historic vineyard of Pazo de Rubianes, where time seems to stand still among camellias, magnolias, and old vines drawing from the soul of Val do Salnés. An exclusive edition that honors over six centuries of viticultural history, offering a wine of contained elegance, Atlantic freshness, and profound complexity.

Made from the oldest vines on the estate, planted on granite and sandy soils, where sea breeze and morning mist impart freshness and minerality. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures, followed by extended aging on fine lees for 8 months, then refined in the bottle, where it gains volume, subtlety, and harmony.

The nose reveals elegance and depth, with aromas of ripe white fruit —apple, pear—, candied citrus, white flowers, fresh almond, and a delicate mineral and saline background that evokes wet stone and the Atlantic breeze. On the palate, it is broad, silky, and balanced, with precise acidity that supports its freshness, creamy volume, and a long, saline, persistent finish.
