Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2023 is a tribute to magical Galicia, to the mist-shrouded forests, and to the legends whispered among old vines and lost paths. It is born in the heart of the Rías Baixas, where the Atlantic breeze caresses the vineyards and the granite soil imparts freshness and elegance to every cluster.

Made from selected grapes from Val do Salnés, with manual harvest and meticulous care at every step of the process. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, preserving all the varietal purity and aromatic expression of the Albariño, followed by a brief aging on fine lees that provides volume and balance.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections, clean and bright. The nose is intense and fragrant, with aromas of fresh white fruit—green apple, pear—, vibrant citrus, wildflowers, and a subtle mineral background that evokes the sea breeze and wet stone. On the palate, it is agile, fresh, and balanced, with lively acidity and a long, saline finish that invites another sip.

Perfect for seafood, white fish, seafood rice dishes, soft cheeses, and Galician tapas. A versatile and luminous white wine, ideal for appetizers, light meals, and celebrations by the sea.
