Product Sheet – Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2024 Magnum

Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2024 Magnum is a dry white wine made in the heart of Rías Baixas, Galicia. Its name evokes the magical tradition of the Galician forests, where witches and mysteries are part of the landscape and the soul of the territory.

Sourced from vineyards located in the Salnés Valley, where granitic soils and the Atlantic freshness allow the Albariño grape to express itself with all its intensity. Each cluster is harvested manually, preserving the freshness and varietal character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature, with the aim of preserving its vibrant aromatic profile and fruit purity intact.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections that announce freshness. On the nose, it displays an intense fragrance of stone fruit, ripe citrus, and white flowers, enveloped in subtle saline notes and mineral hints. On the palate, it is ample, fresh, and elegant, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances its fruity profile and a long, slightly saline finish that invites further drinking.

Pairing

Ideal for pairing with fresh seafood, oysters, clams, white fish, "pulpo á feira" (Galician-style octopus), or Galician cheeses. It also perfectly accompanies seafood rice dishes and sushi.

Pazo das Bruxas Albariño 2024 Magnum is a tribute to the Atlantic soul and Galician tradition. A wine that distills the magic of the land, the ocean breeze, and the wisdom of generations who have understood the language of the vine and the mystery of Albariño.
