Corazón de Monastrell is an unprecedented creation that breaks with the limits of traditional winemaking. The result of five years of work, this 2020 vintage cava is made exclusively from the Monastrell grape variety and represents a profoundly Mediterranean vision of long-aged sparkling wine.

With over 40 months of aging on its lees and natural fermentation in underground galleries, it develops fine, enveloping, and elegant bubbles. Its most extraordinary feature lies in the dosage: for the first time, it is made exclusively with Fondillón, using a blend of the historic vintages 1964, 1971, and 1973, providing unique aromatic depth and complexity.

The bottle comes in an exclusive box accompanied by a nose-shaped sculpture created by the artist Nicolás de Maya, a piece made from an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper that symbolizes the sense of smell as a gateway to the emotion of wine.
