Pedrouzos 2022 is a dry white wine produced by Bodegas Valdesil in the D.O. Valdeorras, Spain. It comes from the historic Pedrouzos plot, planted in 1885, considered the oldest Godello vineyard in Galicia. The vines are cultivated in slate soils, contributing a distinctive minerality to the wine.

Harvesting is done manually, with careful selection of clusters. The grapes ferment in French oak barrels, and the wine is subsequently aged for 6 months in the same barrels, thus preserving its varietal character and characteristic freshness.
