Pícaro del Águila Clarete 2021 is a dry clarete wine produced by Dominio del Águila in the region of Castilla y León, Spain. It comes from vineyards located in La Aguilera, where the clay-limestone soils and continental climate provide freshness and fruit expression to the wine.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes are foot-trodden in vats and ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels, followed by 19 months of aging in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering, thus preserving its characteristic varietal character and freshness.
