Tasting notes

Nose: Very Caribbean and Barbadian, with coconut and spicy vanilla evolving towards a honeyed and pastry side, with gingerbread, cloves and incense. Tropical fruits such as mango and banana then emerge, accompanied by subtle tobacco.

Palate: Rich and velvety, it begins with coconut, chocolate and pastry cream. It continues with coffee, grape and a citrusy hint of lemon. Later, notes of plum, almond, cherry, ginger and sweet spices appear, with saline touches that provide freshness and complexity.

Finish: Long and indulgent, marked by the elegance of the wood. It lingers with caramel, dates and figs, followed by notes of coconut oil, coffee, cocoa, sesame, licorice and pink berries.
