PSI 2021 is an elegant bridge between Ribera del Duero's tradition and Peter Sisseck's contemporary vision. Made with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Grenache, this blend comes from old vines cultivated biodynamically. Fermented in wooden vats and aged in large oak barrels for 16 months, it offers pure fruit and smooth tannins without excessive wood.

Tasting Notes

Garnet color with purple reflections. The nose reveals sour cherry, blackberry, violets, and dried flowers with subtle mineral touches. The palate is dry and silky, with "chalky" tannins that define a compact texture and a lasting fruity and floral persistence
