Product Sheet – Pureza Ánfora 2024
Pureza Ánfora 2024 is a white wine produced by Casa Agrícola (Pepe Mendoza) in the D.O. Alicante, Valencian Community. It is made from 100% Moscatel de Alexandria grapes from plots in Abargues, Pla de Lliber, and Benimei, in La Marina Alta.
The production follows the "brisat" tradition: after a few days of maceration with the skins, the wine ferments and ages for 6 months in artisanal clay amphorae from Juan Padilla. It then rests on its lees before bottling.

Clear amber color with golden highlights. Delicate floral notes such as rose and chamomile, citrus, and herbaceous touches emerge on the nose. On the palate, it is broad and fresh, with a silky structure, a saline and mineral finish, evoking the amphora aging without being heavy.
Food Pairing
Perfect with white fish, marinated rice dishes, grilled seafood, and mild cheeses.
History whispers in every drop: a slow journey through clay caves where the Moscatel embraces the ancient earth. It is a murmur of petals and salt, of southern warmth and unadulterated bravery.
