Product Sheet – Quintaluna Verdejo 2023
Quintaluna Verdejo 2023 is the ancestral voice of Segovia in a glass, a Verdejo that comes from pre-phylloxera, century-old vineyards planted in sandy and stony soils in the north of the province. A wine that breathes history, freshness, and elegance, vibrant like a moonbeam.
The harvest is manual, and fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. After nine months resting on its lees—and occasional aging in foudres and barrels—the wine reveals the purity of the variety in a song of freshness and mineral tension.
