Elaboration

Grapes carefully harvested by hand, subjected to a short maceration at low temperature to preserve the primary aromas. The must is then fortified, retaining the natural sugars of the grape and enhancing its aromatic intensity.

Tasting Notes

With great aromatic potential, it displays intense notes of fresh grape, white flower and citrus nuances. On the palate it is sweet but balanced, with a silky texture and a clean finish that maintains the freshness and identity of the Moscatel.

Pairing and Serving

Ideal with traditional desserts, almond pastries, fresh fruit or blue cheeses. Serve slightly chilled to enhance its aromatic expression.
