Vineyard and Winemaking

It comes from a unique plot located in a privileged enclave of Alto Vinalopó, near the natural park El Puntal de Salinas. The limestone soils and the continental climate with Mediterranean influence provide freshness and natural tension to the grape.

After manual harvesting, the grapes remain in cold storage for 24 hours to enhance their aromatic profile. A portion of the wine ferments in used French oak barrels, where it remains for several months, while the rest is vinified in stainless steel. The result is a balance between vibrant fruit and subtle complexity.

Tasting Notes

Bright yellow with fresh reflections. On the nose, it is full and expressive, with notes of white fruit, citrus nuances, and hints of Mediterranean herbs that evoke the landscape. On the palate, it is broad and pleasant, with good structure and balanced freshness. The subtle nuances from barrel aging add depth without diminishing liveliness. Elegant and persistent finish.
