The Vineyard

It comes from vineyards on sandy soils that naturally limit production, favoring bunches of great aromatic quality and moderate alcohol content. The Giró, perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean environment, expresses its finest and most fragrant profile here.

Winemaking

Winemaking focused on preserving freshness and varietal character. Short aging in concrete to maintain its energy and highlight the purity of the fruit. The low yield of the vineyard provides concentration without losing lightness or elegance.

Cherry color with a light and brilliant hue. The nose displays intense aromas of perfectly ripe fresh red fruit, accompanied by a marked Mediterranean forest character. On the palate, it is jovial, fresh, and light, with a fluid passage that extends into a persistent and distinctive aftertaste.
