The Vineyard

The grapes come from vines over 80 years old located in San Martín de Unx.

The vineyards grow on limestone and sandy soils that contribute fineness, freshness, and a marked mineral expression.

Harvesting is done manually at the beginning of September, aiming to preserve balance and aromatic purity.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, and prolonged maceration.

Subsequently, the wine ages for approximately 24 months in used French oak barrels of various sizes, refining texture and complexity without losing the identity of the Garnacha.

Bottling took place in November 2025.

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry color.

On the nose, it is fragrant and delicate, with balsamic aromas, notes of chalk, red fruits, and hints of Mediterranean scrub such as rosemary, thyme, fennel, and spearmint.

On the palate, it is intense but balanced, with good acidity, soft tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
