The Vineyard

The grapes come from vineyards located between 650 and 750 meters of altitude in San Martín de Unx.

The vines, over 120 years old, grow on calcareous soils and offer very low yields, barely 1,500 kg per hectare, concentrating all the essence of the vineyard.

Harvesting is done manually to preserve the quality and delicacy of the fruit.

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and varietal expression.

Subsequently, the wine undergoes long aging of 36 months in French oak barrels of different sizes, slowly refining its structure and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Dark, brilliant cherry color.

The nose is intense and complex, with mineral notes, ripe red fruits, orange peel, licorice, and black tea.

On the palate, it shows a silky and round texture, with perfectly integrated tannins, great balance, and an elegant freshness that lengthens the finish.
