The Vineyard

The grapes come from century-old vines located in Navahondilla, between Villanueva de Ávila and Navarrevisca, in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos.

The altitude and the granite environment of the area favor wines of great freshness, aromatic delicacy, and marked minerality.

Winemaking

Raúl Pérez makes this wine in a traditional and practically artisanal way, respecting to the maximum the natural expression of Garnacha and the landscape of Gredos.

It then undergoes 12 months of aging in oak barrels, refining its texture and adding complexity without masking the varietal identity.
