The Vineyard

The grapes come from vineyards located in Villamañán, at about 800 meters of altitude.

The vines, approximately 55 years old, grow on clay soils with pebbles that provide balance, depth, and freshness.

Winemaking

The wine undergoes a long aging process in 500-liter French oak barrels for approximately four or five years.

Some barrels naturally develop a film of flor yeast, providing complexity, texture, and delicate saline and oxidative nuances.

The nose is expressive and complex, with citrus aromas, ripe stone fruit, and delicate floral notes.

On the palate, it shows a creamy and enveloping texture, with great length and a persistent finish full of nuances.
