Los Arrotos del Pendón Rosado 2023 is one of Raúl Pérez's most personal and unique creations. A rosé born from century-old Prieto Picudo vineyards in Tierra de León, crafted with an unconventional philosophy that results in a deep, complex wine with immense personality.

Far from the usual concept of a light rosé, this wine opts for structure, aging, and character.

The Vineyard

It comes from unique vineyards over a century old located in Castilla y León.

The old Prieto Picudo vines provide concentration, freshness, and a distinct varietal identity.

Winemaking

Fermentation is partially carried out with stems in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains in maceration for approximately 60 days.

It then undergoes a long aging of 24 months in used French oak barrels, refining its texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Bright and clean raspberry color.

The nose reveals floral and red fruit aromas accompanied by delicate smoky notes.

On the palate, it is broad and enveloping, with a marked presence of ripe fruit, a glyceric texture, and great depth.
