The Vineyard

The grapes come from centennial vineyards located in Navahondilla, between Villanueva de Ávila and Navarrevisca, in the heart of Alto Gredos.

The plots are situated on high-altitude slopes that provide natural freshness and prevent overripening, maintaining balance and tension in the Garnacha even in warm vintages.

The granite and mountainous environment defines the elegant and mineral character of the wine.

Winemaking

Piedra Cachada is made entirely by hand with minimal intervention, respecting the natural rhythm of the grape and the vineyard.

Every decision seeks to preserve the identity of the old vines and the purity of the Gredos landscape.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and delicate on the nose, with aromas of wild red fruit, wild herbs, and mineral hints.

On the palate, it is light and precise, with fine tannins, great freshness, and an elegant, fluid profile.

The finish is long, clean, and deeply Atlantic for a Mediterranean Garnacha.

Pairing

Ideal with white meats, lamb, mountain cuisine, mushrooms, and traditional Mediterranean dishes.

An elegant and authentic high-altitude Garnacha that conveys the silence, freshness, and wild beauty of the Gredos mountains through artisanal and deeply respectful winemaking.
