The Vineyard

The grapes come from a small plot located in Valtuille de Abajo, with an area of just 0.7 hectares.

The slate soils impart tension, mineral depth, and a very distinct personality to the wine.

The continental climate with Atlantic influence favors slow and balanced ripening.

Winemaking

Harvest is carried out manually.

Fermentation takes place with whole clusters in oval French oak barrels of up to 1,500 liters capacity, seeking delicate extraction and a natural integration of fruit and structure.

Subsequently, the wine remains for 12 months in the same oval barrels, refining its texture and complexity.
