Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature 2022 is the most vibrant and authentic expression of the Mediterranean in the form of a rosé sparkling wine. Made exclusively with grapes from their own vineyards cultivated under the principles of biodynamic agriculture, this Corpinnat conveys the personality of Alt Penedès with exceptional chromatic, aromatic, and gastronomic intensity.

Its long aging, the absence of added sugar, and a completely artisanal production process make Intens Rosat a sparkling wine of great depth, where the freshness of red fruit blends with the elegance of a perfectly integrated bubble.

Uses and pairing

Its gastronomic character makes it the ideal companion for seafood paella, soupy rice dishes, beef carpaccio, white meats, roast beef, fatty fish, and semi-cured cheeses. Authenticity and origin

The grapes come exclusively from a mosaic of family vineyards located in the Coster del río Bitlles, in Alt Penedès. Cultivated using biodynamic agriculture, these vineyards grow on extremely calcareous soils with gravel and stones that promote excellent drainage and allow the roots to deepen in search of water.

The 2022 vintage was marked by record temperatures and extreme drought. Thanks to respectful work in the vineyard, the winery achieved a particularly healthy and expressive harvest, the earliest in its history. The entire base wine underwent a light aging in barrel to provide greater structure and elegance before starting a second fermentation in the bottle using their own organic must, reaffirming Recaredo's commitment to the identity of the territory and the most artisanal production.
