Remírez de Ganuza Blanco Reserva 2021 is a white wine of stature and elegance, born from old vines in La Rioja Alavesa. Established in 2009, this version pays homage to Viura, complemented by Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía, fermented and aged in new French oak barrels. A wine that combines Atlantic freshness with the richness of time, originating from centuries-old soils.

Fermentation and aging extend for several months in oak, with frequent bâtonnage. The result is a unctuous and complex wine, with a creamy texture, elegant acidity, and a persistent finish that evokes ripe white fruit, delicate toasted notes, and the salinity of the terroir.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden yellow color. On the nose, it displays notes of ripe white fruit (peach, pear), fine pastry, dried fruits, and a background of saline touches and delicate toasted notes. On the palate, it is silky and enveloping, with vibrant acidity, a well-integrated structure, and a long, persistent finish, marked by varietal freshness and the complexity of its aging.
