Product Sheet – Renaix la Passió Magnum

Renaix la Passió Magnum is a dry white wine made by Óscar Mestre in the D.O. Alicante, from 100% Moscatel de Alejandría grapes from the unique site Toll del Gos, in the Xaló valley. It represents the new profile of dry Mediterranean muscats: precise wines, with natural freshness and a deep respect for the environment.

Grown in dry farming, under respectful viticulture, this wine is born from a manual selection of grapes little exposed to the sun, seeking to preserve their fresh aromatic profile as much as possible. It is vinified with minimal intervention in stainless steel tanks, fermented with native yeasts, without clarification or stabilization, allowing the muscatel to express itself with total freedom.

Tasting Notes

Clean straw yellow color, with a clear rim and greenish reflections. The nose is subtle and complex, with aromas reminiscent of fresh citrus, grapefruit, fennel, and boxwood, all supported by the varietal floral character of the muscat. On the palate, it is a fine, elegant, and balanced wine, with medium body, good tension, and a long, slightly bitter finish that provides depth and freshness.

Pairing

Ideal with traditional Alicante coastal dishes such as paella, rock fish, or Dénia red prawns. It elegantly accompanies seafood rice dishes, savory flatbreads, citrus salads, and soft cheeses.

Renaix la Passió is a delicate ode to the most authentic Mediterranean, a wine that breathes light, earth, and sea. In Magnum format, it becomes a generous tribute to its origin, perfect for sharing with those who understand wine as a form of sincere emotion.
