Sourced from old vines over 30 years old, cultivated without irrigation, where Tempranillo shows its most elegant and precise side. The harvest is manual, with rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the winery. It ferments with indigenous yeasts in French oak vats, followed by 14 months of aging in French oak barrels (40% new) and 30 months of refinement in bottle, where the wine reaches its peak, displaying serene and profound elegance.

Deep cherry red color, with garnet hues, clean and bright. The nose is complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruit —blackberry, plum, currant—, fine spices, cocoa, tobacco, balsamic notes, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate, it is silky, structured, and balanced, with polished tannins, impeccable freshness, and a long, persistent, and harmonious finish, where the fruit and aging nuances blend in perfect harmony.

Ideal to accompany red meats, suckling lamb, traditional stews, braises, cured cheeses, and Iberian cured meats. A wine that invites pause, conversation, and a generous table.
