It originates in Nieva, Rueda, with the noble Verdejo grape, which undergoes an unusual aging process under biological veil in Jerez botas for 10 months, then rests in the bottle. This wine merges Atlantic freshness with the salinity and elegant weight of the veil, revealing a singular expression.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow color with golden hues. On the nose, it offers a complexity that combines ripe white fruit, toasted bread, balsamic notes, and saline nuances, with a slight echo of traditional yeast and deep minerality. On the palate, it is structured, unctuous, and fresh, with a persistent finish marked by salinity and the elegant presence of the veil, balancing length and harmony.
