Sanamaro Albariño Sobre Lías 2020 is a unique wine from Marqués de Vargas, born in the oldest plots of the "La Fraga" and "Los Bancales" vineyards in the D.O. Rías Baixas. Produced only in the fullest vintages, it reflects the extraordinary ripeness of the grape and the complexity provided by artisan winemaking with lees aging.

It presents a high aromatic intensity, with a complex and elegant nose. On the palate, it is fruity, with nuances of dried fruits, a broad and creamy texture, great freshness, and a long and persistent finish.

Pairing

Ideal with smoked salmon, pasta salad, foie gras, lobster risotto, or seafood paella. Its freshness and complexity make it a very gastronomic wine, perfect for accompanying delicate and sophisticated dishes.
