Sangarida Godello 2025 is a young, fresh, and expressive white wine born on the slopes of the Montes Aquilianos. Made with grapes from different plots in Campo, Molinaseca, and San Lorenzo del Bierzo, it showcases the most direct and luminous character of Godello.
This project represents the arrival of the Fariña family, creators of ATTIS Bodega y Viñedos, in a new territory. Together with Jean-François Hébrard, the Fariña brothers bring their interest in indigenous varieties and artisanal winemaking to Bierzo, giving life to a wine that combines family roots, creativity, and respect for the landscape.

The Vineyard
The Godello comes from different plots of young vineyards located in the villages of Campo, Molinaseca, and San Lorenzo del Bierzo, on the slopes of the Montes Aquilianos.
The vines are trellised following an ecological philosophy, with respectful work aimed at preserving the natural freshness of the variety and the expression of the Bierzo landscape.
Winemaking
The harvest is done manually in 15 kg boxes to preserve the integrity of the bunches.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes pass through a selection table before being completely destemmed and pressed using a pneumatic press.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine remains for three months on its fine lees, gaining volume and texture without losing its young and vibrant character.
Tasting Notes
It presents a pale, clean, and bright yellow color.
On the nose, it is intense, attractive, and fresh, with aromas of white fruit, flowers, and wild herbs reminiscent of the Bierzo mountains.
On the palate, it is luscious, lively, and balanced. The fruit reappears accompanied by refreshing acidity and a slightly enveloping texture provided by the lees aging.
The finish is clean, fresh, and aromatic, leaving a pleasant sensation of youth and varietal purity.
Food Pairing
Ideal to accompany seafood, white fish, octopus, seafood rice dishes, sushi, salads, vegetables, and mild cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: between 8 and 10 ºC.
Sangarida Godello 2025 captures the freshness of the Bierzo slopes in a young, joyful, and lively wine. A direct and luminous Godello that invites you to enjoy the fruit, flowers, and landscape in every glass.
