Alma Atlántica White Sangria is the first white sangria inspired by the Atlantic, made by Martín Códax Viticultores in Rías Baixas. It combines Albariño, Loureira, Caíño Blanco and Treixadura, reflecting marine freshness and the Atlantic breeze. It is light, sparkling and unpasteurized, designed to excite without sacrificing authenticity. 

It is made by controlled fermentation in stainless steel, infused with natural citrus fruits and native grapes, then bottled with fine carbonation. Its alcohol content is 7% vol and it maintains a vibrant freshness thanks to its production without thermal stabilization .

Tasting Notes

The color is pale yellow with fine bubbles. The nose presents citrus aromas (lemon, lime), green apple and floral citrus, with a marked marine freshness. On the palate, it is light, sparkling and refreshing, with crisp acidity, a slight saline touch and a lively finish that recalls the Atlantic breeze in every sip .

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif or for outdoor evenings. It pairs well with seafood, ceviches, salpicón, white fish, Mediterranean salads, light tapas, and fresh cheeses. Its freshness makes it essential for relaxed and gastronomic moments.
