Alma Atlántica Rosé Sangria is the first rosé sangria inspired by the Atlantic, made by Martín Códax Viticultores in Rías Baixas. It uses 100% Mencía grapes, capturing the marine freshness and lightness of the Galician estuaries. This project was born with a fun and high-quality spirit, ideal for enjoying warm nights without sacrificing elegance 

The sangria is made through controlled fermentation in steel tanks, natural lime, grapefruit, orange, and red fruit juice is added; it is lightly sweetened and bottled at 7% vol without thermal stabilization to preserve its vivacity and aromas.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale pink color with notes of strawberry and raspberry. The nose shows citrus freshness (lime, grapefruit, orange) combined with ripe red fruits. On the palate it is sweet and juicy, with soft bubbles, balanced acidity and a slightly citrus and fruity finish

Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif or on a terrace; accompanies tapas, salads, cold fish, seafood, and ceviches. Also pairs well with light pastries and fresh fruits.

Alma Atlántica is a concept launched by Martín Códax to reinterpret beverages with an Atlantic character. The rosé sangria reflects the freshness of the coast, with Galician red grapes and a Mediterranean-Atlantic profile, in an honest and joyful way
