Saüc is an organic and artisanal white vermouth, produced in the Valencian Community by Celler La Muntanya. Its Malvasia wine base undergoes a year of aging under a flor veil in 500-liter barrels, before macerating for 50 days with a carefully selected botanical blend. The recipe, based on a traditional formula from 1890, includes 40 plants from the Sierra de Mariola, 20 exotic botanicals, and centenary elderflower blossoms. The result is a vermouth with a Mediterranean spirit, vibrant, herbaceous, and very expressive.
